Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Quantara Music ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Free and paid plans

Free accounts receive 3 mastering exports per month at no cost. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. One-time purchases (pay-per-master and credit packs) are charged once and do not auto-renew.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Quantara Music to master audio content you own or have the rights to. You may not use the Service to process audio that infringes third-party copyright.

4. Content ownership

You retain full ownership of all audio files you upload and master using the Service. Quantara Music does not claim any rights to your music.

5. Limitation of liability

Quantara Music is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
