Quantara Music is built and run by the Quantara Team: the platform, its own mastering engine and every guide on this site. Quantara Music is independent: it is run by a mastering engineer and developer, not a venture-backed company, and it is based in the European Union.
We make Quantara Music for artists, producers and creators who want a release-ready master and want to understand what was done to their song.
What Quantara Music does
Mastering in Quantara Studio runs entirely in your browser, using Quantara Music’s own engine — no AI model. Your files are not uploaded for mastering, and we do not store the audio you work on.
The studio measures integrated loudness and true peak to ITU-R BS.1770, with a loudness-matched A/B, so you judge the sound and not the volume. It offers 21 playback and delivery targets (streaming platforms, club, broadcast and more) and 34 genre starting points, and every setting stays adjustable.
Masters export as WAV, FLAC or MP3, depending on your plan, and you keep full ownership of them. See the pricing section or try Quantara.
How we write our guides
Every mastering guide and learning guide is written by the Quantara Team and shows the date of its last real change.
Standards and platform figures are checked against official documents — ITU-R BS.1770 from the ITU, EBU R 128 from the EBU and Spotify for Artists — and each guide that relies on them links to its sources.
Our rule: a figure that a platform does not publish is given as a working reference, not as an official target, and a guide is corrected as soon as an official source says otherwise. Found a mistake? Tell us through the contact page.
