Contact Quantara Music
Messages go to the Quantara Music team, so replies come from someone who knows the code rather than from a support queue. The honest answer on timing is: usually the same day, occasionally the next.

What to include
Mastering runs in your browser, which means the details below usually decide whether the first reply solves it or starts a back-and-forth:
- Browser and version — Chrome 141, Safari 18, and so on. Web Audio behaves differently between them, and a few problems are specific to one.
- What you were doing — the target you picked, the genre preset, whether it happened on export or during playback.
- The file — format, sample rate, length. A 32-bit float WAV at 96 kHz behaves differently from a 128 kbps MP3.
- Anything in the console — press F12, open the Console tab, and copy whatever is in red. That single step resolves more reports than any other.
Business and partnerships
API access, white-label licensing, bulk or label accounts:

Before you write
These cover most of what arrives by email:
- Frequently asked questions — plans, exports, what the free tier includes.
- What LUFS actually measures — if the question is about loudness or why a master sounds quieter than a commercial release, the answer is probably here.
- How online mastering compares — an honest look at where each service, including this one, is a good fit.
- The studio guide — open the studio and press Guide. It walks through a first master in five steps.
Reporting something that sounds wrong
Audio problems are worth reporting even when they seem subjective. If a master sounds harsh, thin or distorted and you cannot say why, say exactly that — along with the genre preset and target you used. The processing chain is measured rather than tuned by ear, so a report that points at a real fault leads to a number that can be checked, and a fix that stays fixed.
Privacy
Your audio is processed in your browser and is not uploaded for mastering. Email sent to support is used to answer the question and nothing else — see the privacy policy for what is stored and for how long.
